Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Verixa platform, which is owned and provided by Navira Quality Systems Pvt Ltd. Sense7ai is the implementation partner for the platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Platform Access
Verixa is a quality and compliance execution platform provided under license. Access is subject to a valid subscription agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform with reasonable notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring authorized use within your organization, and complying with applicable regulations regarding the data you process through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Verixa is a tool designed to support compliance efforts. It does not replace regulatory expertise, legal counsel, or professional judgment. Users maintain responsibility for their own regulatory compliance decisions.
AI Assistance
Any AI-assisted features within the platform (including MIRA) are advisory only and operate with human-in-the-loop review. AI outputs are recommendations that require human review and approval; they do not autonomously make, validate, or approve GxP or regulatory decisions. Verixa is verified under our SDLC; the customer validates intended use for their environment — Verixa verifies, it does not validate on the customer’s behalf.
Intellectual Property
The Verixa platform and all associated intellectual property are owned by Navira Quality Systems Pvt Ltd. Sense7ai, the implementation partner, retains ownership of its own pre-existing and general engineering intellectual property in accordance with the development-partner agreement. No platform IP rights are transferred to users by virtue of these Terms.
Partner Reference
We will not identify you as a design partner, founding partner, or reference, or use your name or logo in marketing materials, without your prior written consent. Any such reference is subject to the terms agreed in writing between the parties.
